Her sire, Mylord Carthago, was highly successful at the highest level with Pénélope Leprévost and has become one of the most influential stallions in modern show jumping breeding. Her dam, Noyelle vd Begijnakker, successfully competed at the 1.60m level, and her first offspring are already proving themselves in sport. The maternal line is equally impressive: granddam Voyelle vd Begijnakker produced, among others, the international show jumper H&M Challenge vd Begijnakker ridden by Ludo Philippaerts.
Under saddle, Uxelle is a delight to ride. She has a soft mouth, a willing attitude, and a quality canter that makes her both comfortable and enjoyable to work with. As a five-year-old, she gained relatively limited competition experience, but thanks to her natural ability, excellent mindset, and willingness to learn, she has fully caught up with her peers and is performing at the level expected of her age group.
