This three-year-old gelding is a son of the superstar of the moment, United Touch, ridden by Richard Vogel. This impressive young horse clearly seems to have inherited many of his sire’s qualities. The long-lined chestnut moves with suppleness and shows a powerful, spacious canter.
On the dam’s side, his pedigree includes Andiamo Semilly, Asca Z, and Flamenco de Semilly. This is a damline that has already produced several 1.60m performers, including Sea Coast Pebbels (1.65m – Gudrun Patteet), Aristo (1.60m – Ben Maher), Quinta D (1.60m – Manuel Torres) and Vicomte D (1.60m – Mario Deslauriers).
In free jumping, Ulengro vd Moleneend Z showed great carefulness paired with abundant scope. His natural balance, awareness, and mindset make him particularly promising.
He is also nicely backed and well ridden, and ready to get to work.
