ABOUT
The dam Thaleia Z traces back, quite remarkably, to the famous mare Heroine de Muze, from the highly successful breeding program of Joris De Brabander in Belgium. This exceptional damline has produced several 1.60m horses, including Levis de Muze (ridden by Ioli Mytilineou) and Nimrod de Muze, the Olympic mount of Pedro Veniss at the Paris Games.
Other 1.60m performers from this line include Morfine de Muze, Heroine de Muze, and Huxx de Muze. On top of that, this family has delivered an impressive number of international sport horses – a true gem for breeders.
The sire of this foal is none other than Pegase van ’t Ruytershof – the showjumping talent who not only lives up to the highest expectations in the ring, but has also firmly established his reputation as a sire. With already 31 approved sons and descending from the renowned Belgian damline of Carthina Z (the dam of GP horses Emerald and Diamanthina), Pegase is a stallion in high demand for both sport and breeding.
With this pedigree, the foal brings together the best of both worlds: an outstanding damline packed with Olympic performers, and a sire who excels in both the sport and the breeding shed.
