This very young but talented filly is bred from the mare Silke van de Helle and carries the famous ’t Ruytershof bloodlines on her dam’s side.
Her granddam is none other than the legendary Diamanthina van ’t Ruytershof, who successfully competed at 1.60m level. Diamanthina is also the full sister of influential sire and Olympic top performer Emerald van ’t Ruytershof. She has proven her exceptional quality as a broodmare as well, producing, among others, the international 1.60m performers Le Blue Diamond van ’t Ruytershof and Herald van ’t Ruytershof.
Further back in this impressive dam line, we find numerous international sport horses, including Jilbert van ’t Ruytershof, Next Twist van ’t Ruytershof, Messi van ’t Ruytershof and Luna van ’t Ruytershof, alongside several other horses that have competed at the highest international level. A dam line in which top sport and breeding excellence have come together for generations.
The sire, Mylord Carthago, is one of the most proven Grand Prix stallions of his generation. The son of Carthago x Jalisco B was successfully competed by Pénélope Leprévost at the very highest level for many years. He won 5* Grand Prix classes in Paris, Helsinki and Vienna, as well as several Nations Cups, including those in Aachen, Rome, La Baule and Gijón. He also won team silver at the 2010 World Championships in Lexington and the 2011 European Championships in Madrid, and represented France at the London Olympic Games.
Mylord Carthago has also built an outstanding reputation as a sire. His offspring are known for their scope, quality of canter, intelligence and competitive attitude, passing his exceptional qualities on to the next generation.
This filly combines the exceptional ’t Ruytershof dam line with the proven Grand Prix genetics and breeding power of Mylord Carthago. A very young mare from a family full of international sport horses, with all the ingredients to develop into a valuable sport and breeding mare.
In the case of direct export to non-EU countries, VAT is no longer applicable (21% becomes 0%). If the export is delayed (but happens as soon as possible), the VAT will be refunded after we have received the official export document (which is drawn up by customs).
