From One of the Most Influential ’t Ruytershof Families
This colt is out of the well-known mare Pearl van ’t Ruytershof, from the renowned ’t Ruytershof family. Pearl is the full sister of the successful BWP stallion Pegase van ’t Ruytershof and has already produced the approved stallion Tiger van ’t Ruytershof.
The dam line is further strengthened by Gianthina van ’t Ruytershof, who produced the 1.60m performers Jilbert van ’t Ruytershof and Next Twist van ’t Ruytershof, alongside several other internationally successful show jumpers. The great-granddam, Diamanthina van ’t Ruytershof, competed at the highest level herself and also produced several 1.60m performers. She is also the full sister of the influential sire Emerald van ’t Ruytershof. An exceptionally strong dam line in which proven top-level sport and leading breeding come together over generations.
The sire, Jaguar van de Berghoeve, is a proven international 1.60m Grand Prix performer by Emerald van ’t Ruytershof x Nabab de Rêve. He competed at 5* level as early as the age of eight and represented Chinese Taipei with Jasmine Chen at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon. He also achieved success with several other riders at CSI5* and 1.60m level.
Jaguar’s dam line is equally exceptional. His dam, Quaranca de Muze, is by Nabab de Rêve, while his granddam Fragance de Chalus is one of the most influential broodmares in international show jumping. She produced top performers including Mylord Carthago and Bamako de Muze.
Exceptional sport and breeding genetics come together on both sides of this pedigree. Pearl van ’t Ruytershof x Jaguar van de Berghoeve combines the proven ’t Ruytershof family with the influential lines of Emerald, Nabab de Rêve and Fragance de Chalus. A colt with a pedigree of absolute top class.
