This colt brings together the bloodlines of some of the most interesting stallions of the moment, both in sport and breeding.
The dam, Uma ter Wilgen, is a young mare by Pegase van ’t Ruytershof. With his proven sport genetics from the renowned ’t Ruytershof family and more than 40 approved sons, Pegase has developed into an interesting sire of modern sport horses.
The dam line of Uma ter Wilgen also has plenty to offer. Her granddam has produced several internationally successful show jumpers, including Harmini van ’t Heike, competing at 1.60m level, as well as the 1.50m performers Freedom van ’t Heike and Gipsy of Heritage. A family in which sporting quality is clearly present generation after generation.
The sire, Impress-K van ’t Kattenheye Z, has developed into a proven performer at the very highest international level. The son of Indoktro K van ’t Kattenheye x Vagabond de la Pomme is successfully competed by Thibeau Spits and has established himself as a 1.65m Grand Prix performer. In 2025, the pair won team gold at the European Championships in A Coruña. In 2026, Impress-K confirmed his top form once again, finishing second individually as well as with the Belgian team at the World Championships in Aachen.
Impress-K is also an interesting young sire. His pedigree combines the influential bloodlines of Indoctro, Kannan, Vigo d’Arsouilles and Vagabond de la Pomme, and he already has a growing number of offspring.
A colt combining modern Grand Prix genetics on both sides of the pedigree, with a young dam line full of proven sport quality. A pedigree with all the ingredients for a promising future in sport.
