This filly is bred from the mare Silke van de Helle and carries the exceptional bloodlines of the renowned ’t Ruytershof breeding family.
Her dam line is headed by none other than Diamanthina van ’t Ruytershof, who successfully competed at 1.60m level. She is also the full sister of the influential sire and Olympic top performer Emerald van ’t Ruytershof. Diamanthina has proven her exceptional value as a broodmare as well, producing, among others, the international 1.60m performers Le Blue Diamond van ’t Ruytershof and Herald van ’t Ruytershof.
Further in this impressive family, we find numerous international Grand Prix horses, including Jilbert van ’t Ruytershof, Next Twist van ’t Ruytershof, Messi van ’t Ruytershof and Luna van ’t Ruytershof. A dam line in which proven top-level sport and breeding excellence have gone hand in hand for generations.
The sire, Chaudfontaine JL Z, is a promising son of the world-renowned sire Chacco-Blue and the Olympic mare Valentina van ’t Heike. He is noted for his excellent technique, powerful push-off and quick reflexes. His dam, Valentina van ’t Heike, competed successfully at the highest level for many years with Jos Lansink, winning Grand Prix classes in Abu Dhabi and Paris and representing Belgium at the London Olympic Games. She has also proven herself as an exceptional broodmare, producing, among others, the 1.60m performers Epleaser van ’t Heike and Boomer van ’t Heike.
Chaudfontaine JL Z already showed considerable promise as a young horse, including a victory in the Belgian Young Stallion Competition. He is now competing internationally and reached 1.35m level at CSI events in 2026.
This filly combines the exceptional ’t Ruytershof dam line with the modern sport genetics of Chacco-Blue and the proven Grand Prix bloodlines of Valentina van ’t Heike. A filly with a pedigree full of international sport quality and plenty of potential for the future.
