This quality colt is out of the young mare Elthina TM Z, a daughter of the influential sire Emerald van ’t Ruytershof, from a very solid maternal line.
The sire, Comthago VDL, is a proven international 1.60m show jumper by Comme Il Faut x Carthago. With Hessel Hoekstra, he won silver at the 2024 Dutch National Championships, in addition to winning the Grand Prix of Ommen and finishing second in the Grand Prix of Poznań. They also achieved, among other results, fifth place in the Nations Cup of Rome, sixth in the Grand Prix of Rotterdam, seventh in the World Cup of London and ninth in the Grand Prix of Amsterdam.
This colt combines the proven sport genetics of Emerald van ’t Ruytershof on the dam’s side with the international sport quality of Comthago VDL. An eye-catching colt with quality, presence and every potential to become the foundation of a new successful sport and breeding line.
