A promising filly from an exceptional combination of proven sport and breeding bloodlines.
The dam, Pistache d’O, is by Vigo d’Arsouilles and successfully competed at 1.35m level. She comes from a very strong dam line. Her granddam produced around ten international show jumpers in addition to Pistache d’O, including Eimko, Liarada S and Nepal-S, all competing at 1.45m level. This family also produced the approved BWP stallion Gamko S, who competed up to 1.60m level with Mark Bluman and Victoria Birdsall.
The sire, Pegase van ’t Ruytershof, is by Comme Il Faut and was crowned BWP Champion Stallion in 2018. He went on to compete internationally at 1.55m level. His dam line is exceptional: his granddam Diamanthina van ’t Ruytershof competed at 1.60m and is by Diamant de Semilly x Carthago. Further back in the pedigree is Carthina Z, dam of, among others, the legendary Emerald van ’t Ruytershof. With more than 40 approved offspring, Pegase van ’t Ruytershof has established himself as one of the most influential stallions of his generation.
